This illustration started in my sketchbook keeping in mind the two-color format and the article it is created for. Next, I brought it into Illustrator and began drawing it out with the pen tool. Once I had the final illustration and correct document settings we used our large printer to cut out the shapes on vinyl. Next was peeling off the vinyl where the ink would be and transferring that onto our screen. Using the technique of screen printing I printed 9 different prints. While printing I used multiple inks on one screen to get a unique look.

After getting the final print I brought it into Photoshop to clean it up and add to the article.
